제가 리뷰를 잘 쓰는 사람이 아닌데 저희가 매주 한두번씩은 방문하고 있습니다. 근데 오늘은 좀 너무하시네요. 밖에 날씨가 영하권인데 히터 틀어달라고 하니까 이유도 말씀해주시지 않고 히터를 못 틀어준다고 하시고 음식도 35분정도 뒤에 나왔습니다. 주문이 밀려 늦게 나온 건 이해하지만 저희보다 먼저 온 손님 음식이 계속 먼저 나왔습니다. 음식을 받은 뒤 확인해보니 케챱도 나오지 않고 감자튀김은 다 식어서 나왔습니다. 그리고 주문 후 영수증이 나오지 않아 문의드렸으나 기다려달라고만하고 다른 조치는 없었습니다.. 매주 방문하는 사람으로서 실망이 너무 컸습니다..

알바 직원분이 음식을 먹으면서 조리를 하고 포장을 하네요. 위생 관리상 마스크를 썼으면 합니다. 먹으면서 조리를 하는 곳은 또 처음 보네요.
