아무 설명도 없이 계산 후 약봉지만 내놓으셨습니다. 아, 4일분이라고는 말씀해주셨네요. 아침, 저녁약과 점심약의 구성이 다르다는 것은 식사 후 약을 꺼내보고 알았고, 식후 복용해야 하는 것인지는 먼저 여쭤보아서 알았습니다. 비염과 결막염이 같이 와서 안약도 함께 처방받았는데 언급 없으셨구요. 물론 봉투만 보고도 알 수 있는 정보이기는 하지만 제 뒤에 다른 환자분이 계셨던 것도 아닌데 설명을 조금 더 해주셨으면 편했을 것 같아 아쉽습니다. 30초면 설명이 가능한데 너무 성의가 없으셔서 같은 건물에 있는 병원에 가더라도 절대 다시 방문하지 않을 예정입니다.
