숙박 이후 피곤해서 대실로 연장하려고 프론트에 전화할때부터 전화응대하는게 퉁명스럽더니 몇시까지냐고 내려가서 다시 결제할때 분명 물었는데 4시까지라고 해놓고 퇴실 30분전이라고 3시 30분에 퇴실 30분전이라고 준비부탁드린다고하고 15분후에 다시 전화와서 퇴실해달라고하는건 무슨 경우 인가요? 네? 4시까지아니에요? 라고 4시까지가 맞는데 들어온 시간부터 4시간이기때문에 지금 퇴실해주세요라니 다시 내려가서 연장하려고 재결제한게 영수증보시다시피 11시 54분에 했는데 들어온시간부터는 뭡니까? 그리고 숙박했던건 12시 퇴실인데 그 이후로 4시간이면 4시 정각이 맞지 않나요? 아니면 별관이라 그렇게 대충 서비스하시나요?
