일하시는 목이랑 팔에 문신있는분 진짜 대단하네요.. 눈에 악이 가득하고 행동한나 표정하나 하나가 할수없이 일하시는거 같은데 괜히 손님들한테 그러지말고 일을 그만 하는게 어떤지.. 사장이라면 그냥 장사 그만하세요.. 그리고 주방에서 일하시는 분 젋은 여자던데 알바라면 정말 무서울거 같고 가족이라면 정말 불쌍하네요. 진짜 오랜만에 기본도 안된 사람 만나서 시기했네요 요즘도 저런사람이 이는지 모르고 지냈는데.

쁘링클콤보를 포장주문하면서. 마요네즈소스대신 치킨무로 바꿔달라고.부탁드렸는데. 알바생왈 사장님이 안된다고 했다고. 안해주더군요. 참~~ 여직 BHC 여러 매장에서 시켜먹어 봤지만. 안된다고 하는경우는 첨이네요. 소시대신 치킨무가 안된다는 매장. 기분나쁘고.불쾌해서. 앞으론 이매장다신 이용안할랍니다. 이런식으로 유도리없는 매장. 싫네요

진짜 서비스 엉망진창입니다 기프티콘으로 산다고 콜라도 별도로 구매해야하고 다른 매장은 다 주는데 일회용 장갑도 이유없이 안된다고 하고, 사장님의 방침이라는데 배달 위주인 건 알겠으나 매장 고객 응대 진짜 이상하네요 다신 안 올 예정입니다 여러분도 오지않는걸 추천드립니다
