일주일전 결제건 카드변경한다니까 뭐 이미 카드승인나서 안된다고ㅎㅎ..이런경우 처음이라 카드사 확인 후 그런거없다고해서 재문의하니 다시 연락준다해놓고 무소식; 결국 내가 다시 연락하니 다른업무 해야돼서 저부터 해결해줄 수 없다는 식;; 응대도 엉망진창에 고객말 끊고 자기할말만하는 개똥매너 장착ㅋㅋ 누가보면 제가 약 다 먹고 환불해달라는줄 알겠어요~~ 결제건 찾기 귀찮아서 안해주려는거 다 티나요ㅎㅎ이런식의 고객 응대 기분 더럽네요. 직원 교육 좀 다시 해야될듯
