Tuve una experiencia realmente desagradable debido a la respuesta del dueño. Durante el proceso de pedido, las instrucciones básicas y el tono de voz fueron muy descuidados y el cliente respondió de una manera que me hizo sentir como si me estuvieran molestando, lo que me molestó mucho. Si el servicio es tan desagradable ante el sabor de la comida, es difícil volver. Como es una tienda franquiciada, esperaba un servicio al cliente mínimo, pero ese no fue el caso en absoluto. Espero que otros se refieran a esto antes de visitarlo. La mejora del servicio parece absolutamente necesaria.
