급하게 목이 말라서 물을 하나 구입했어요. 필요한 상품은 많았지만 ㅎㅎ 다른 곳을 가야 해서 커피는 잠시 참아보기로 하고 물을 사러 들렀네요. 그런데 물만 사기엔 조금 아쉬워서 홍차도 하나 함께 골랐답니다. 게다가 카뮤트 현미차는 처음 보는 제품이라 호기심에 하나 더 담아봤어요. 한 모금 마셔보니 보리차 같은 구수한 느낌이 나더라고요. 카뮤트가 들어 있다니 괜히 더 몸에 좋을 것 같고 항산화 작용도 기대해 보게 되네요. 목이 많이 말랐던 터라 꿀꺽꿀꺽 정말 맛있게 잘 마셨답니다. 이런 작은 선택 하나로도 기분이 좋아지는 순간이었어요.^^

미세먼지가 판을 치는 날! 오늘 저녁은 무조건 삼겹살이다!!!! 러닝 후 롯데슈퍼에서 질좋은 고기 잔뜩 사다가! 안방그릴에 연기없이 잘 구워서 알배추에 쌈을 싸먹으니 너무나 맛있는 저녁이었다! 먼지엔 삼겹이 진리!

Era el día de la triple oferta y aproveché la rebaja de samgyeopsal, pero al abrirlo había muchísima grasa por dentro... 😢 Aun así, el supermercado de Hongjae-dong es probablemente el mejor de la zona — el reparto aplica desde 30.000 wones y en general es bastante bueno.
