3월 20일 금요일 오후 5시 쯤에 방문하여 여러 제품들을 구매했는데 여기에 쇼핑백도 있었습니다. 근데 쇼핑백에 바코드가 없더라구요. 계산하시는 안경낀 중단발 여자 직원분이 바코드가 없다며 여기 께 맞냐 해서 맞다고 말씀드렸습니다. 포스기에서 뭔가를 검색하시다가 직원분이 종이백이 너무 많아서 여기서 이걸 찾을 수가 없어서 다른 제품으로 가져와줄 수 있냐, 아니면 자기가 찾아올 때까지 기다릴 수 있냐 하더라구요??? 나참 기가 막혀서.바코드가 없는게 다른 손님이 보다가 떨어트렸는지 몰라도 쨌든 이건 직원이 관리 못한 거에요. 그런 게 있으면 잠시만요 하고 본인이 갔다왔어야죠. 무슨 서비스입니까?? 너무 기분나빴어요. 이걸 손님보고 가져오라고 한다구요??? 교육다시시키세요. 너무 무례합니다. 이거 기본이잖아요.
