El Chueo-tang Namwon de Choi está justo al lado de la Parrilla de Carbón de Choi, cerca de la estación de Yongsan. El caldo es rico y profundo, y el silaegi (hojas de rábano seco) por el que es famoso el chueo-tang de Namwon es simplemente fantástico. Hoy vine aquí para una formación en el Centro de Educación Inteligente de Yongsan y cené con un amigo. Me encantó ver cómo este lugar de la vieja escuela sigue en pie detrás de todos esos rascacielos relucientes. Disfrutamos hasta el último sorbo del clásico sabor del chueo-tang.

넘 배고파서 사진 찍구 후다닥 먹을라궁 구운 건 못 찍엇는데 말해머해~ 너무 맛잇엇어용 고기가 도톰한게 육즙 진짜 레전드!!!고 양도 푸짐하구 같이 나오는 밑반찬들도 위생적이구 맛잇어영 무엇보다 된장찌개 넘 맛잇엇어용 자주 올게여 번창하세용❤️❤️

Mi primera visita a este asador para una reunión de grupo, ¡y estaba buenísimo!! Mucho espacio, perfecto para charlar mientras se hace la carne. Hasta nos pusieron huevo al vapor de cortesía — estaba genial jaja. ¡¡¡Tanto la panceta como las costillas, todo delicioso!!!👍
