택배이용을 위해 방문한 CU였어요. 사실 기분이 좀 상했어요. 택배대행도 편의점의 업무인데 명절연휴라서 소통이 시원치 못한 상황은 알겠는데 포스를 꺼놨어야 한다느니 테이프 서비스는 못한다며 송장을 발행한 상황에서 접수할 수 없다며 다시 방문하라고 해서 황당했어요. 근처 마트에서 테이프를 도움받아 접수하고 왔네요. 상황이 그렇다면 안내문을 붙이던지 친절하게 설명하면 될텐데 너무 했다는 생각이 들더라구요. 암튼 속이 상했답니다.
