급 곱창이 땡겨서 당일방문. 6:30쯤 갔는데 생각보다 사람 없고 7시 넘어가니 슬슬 사람들이 차기 시작함. 강남역에 곱창가게가 많은데 궁금했던 곳이라 급 다녀와봄. 직원들 친절하시고 직접 다 궈주어서 편하게 먹기만 하면 됨. 곱창은 고소하고 좋았는데 달리 말하면 기름기가 너무 없어서 소스 안찍으면 뻑뻑 기름소금은 아주 고소하고 간장소스는 새콤달콤해서 둘 다 맛있음. 영동시장 근처 곱창 생각나면 괜찮은 옵션!

오랜만에 모임이있어서 곱창 먹고 싶다고 해서 맛집 알려 주겠다고 하고 갔는데.....예전 그맛이아니에요🥲 매장 이전하기전 논현역 쪽에 있엇을 때는 직원들도 친절하고 너무 맛있고 좋았던 기억 때매 갔는데...변했또.... 여성직원...진짜 불친절... 마법가루 뿌려 달라했는데 뭐 안나오는건지 박힌건지 모르는데 상에다 쾅쾅 치더라구요 너무 놀래서 화나셨냐고 물어봤는데.....? 아니라고 대답하시긴 했는데 진상 부린것도 아니고... 너무 불친절해서 ...이제 다신가고싶지 않아요..

처음 반찬으로 나온 천엽은 살짝 냄새가 나서 아쉽지만, 곱창, 막창, 벌양의 맛은 괜찮아요. 특히 자주 접하지 못하는 벌양의 맛이 고소하고 쫀득해서 좋네요. 마지막 볶음밥도 조금 아쉬웠지만 넓은 공간 그리고 봄날이라 실외와 반쯤 오픈된 공간에서 즐기는 맛은 나쁘지 않아요.
