꼭 사용기한 확인하세요. 이곳은 생산 후 2년 이상 경과해 사용기한이 5개월 남은 재고상품을 판매합니다. 1. 약사는 개봉 후 한 달 안에 써야 하니 문제가 없다고 하나, 국립중앙의료원 자료에 따르면 개봉 후 권장 사용 기한은 6개월입니다. 정상적인 판매라면 사용기한이 권장 사용 기한보다 짧을 경우 사전에 소비자에게 고지하는 것이 맞지 않나요? 2. 재고 관리에 대한 미안함보다는 "본인도 몰랐다", "제조업체에 직접 연락해서 교환해라"는 식으로 책임을 전가힙니다. 3. 문제를 제기하는 소비자에게 "예민하면 앞으로 잘 보고 사라"며 비아냥거리는 태도는 전문직 종사자로서 매우 부적절하다고 느껴집니다. 응대도 부적절하고 재고관리도 제대로 안 되고 책임의식도 없습니다.
