불짬뽕을 주문했습니다. 가게이름부터 ‘사천불짬뽕’이니 불짬뽕이 대표메뉴죠. 그릇부터가 굉장히 커서, 첫인상부터 웬지 만족스럽습니다. 확실히 매운 짬뽕이긴 하지만, 입에서 불이 나올 정도로 매운건 아니고 매콤한 정도입니다. 넉넉히 들어가있는 콩나물이 매운 맛을 잡아주는 부분도 있겠다 싶습니다.

손님한테 책임 전가하니까 절대 주문 실수하지마세요 저 분명히 "불짜장이랑, 삼선해물짬뽕이요" 라고 주문했고, 점원이 "해물짬뽕이요?"라고 하길래 뒤에 말한 메뉴를 못 들은 줄 알고 "네" 했습니다. 그리고 짬뽕 두 개가 나왔습니다. 주문이 다르다고 말씀드리니 목소리가 높아지고 공격적으로 "세번이나 물어봤잖아요" 합니다. 세번 묻지도 않으셨고 "해물짬뽕 두 개 맞죠?"라고 정확히한 것도 아니면서 꽤나 당당하시더군요. 난 물어봤고 너가 맞다며?라는 태도로 보였어요. 충분히 일어날 수 있는 실수였고 저도 평소에 이런 일 있으면 그냥 먹습니다. 그런데 사과는 커녕 혹여나 메뉴 다시 달랄까봐 손님한테 책임 전가하는 태도가 참 불쾌했습니다. 밥맛 뚝 떨어져서 한 젓가락 먹고 그냥 나왔구요 직원 교육은 다시 하셔야겠네요
