No escribo reseñas a menudo, pero esta vez las dejo por la respuesta del personal. Durante mi visita, me sentí mal porque el tono y la actitud del personal no eran amigables. No hice nada malo ni hice demandas irrazonables, pero el tono y la actitud del personal me parecieron bastante hostiles. Creo que el servicio básico al cliente es importante en la industria de servicios, pero parece que se necesita capacitación y gestión del personal en esta área. No tengo intención de volver a visitarlo.
