Siempre voy allí cuando bebo en Sharosu y salió un nuevo elemento del menú, así que lo probé. Estaba preocupada porque no había reseñas, así que pedí el padayaki y estaba tan delicioso que decidí pedir dos. Creo que puedes comerlo sin dudarlo ya que es un elemento nuevo del menú.

Me encontré con este lugar mientras caminaba por la calle después del trabajo, ¡pero estaba tan satisfecho y feliz de haber comido allí! Realmente recomiendo el milhojas nabe. Incluso si lo comen dos personas, todavía nos sobran. Es incluso mejor porque es sentimental jaja.

La pasta de vísceras de abulón está riquísima... Parece que el chef va mejorando cada vez más..!!! Me sorprendió porque estaba más rica que hace seis meses... Es cremosa pero no pesada, y el punto de sal estaba perfecto. La quiero volver a comer la próxima vez jaja

Fui a un lugar excelente en Sharosu-gil donde la dulzura del camarón dulce estalla en la boca y la textura del abulón es realmente increíble. En especial, el sashimi de caballa madurada, lleno de umami y sin nada de olor a pescado, me dejó claro enseguida por qué este es un izakaya tan famoso en Sharosu-gil. Fue un rato muy feliz, charlando con una amiga en un bar bonito de Sharosu-gil mientras disfrutábamos de verdad de un viaje de mariscos frescos.
