El bizcocho está elaborado con nata fresca 100% de origen animal y chocolate negro, y se dice que se hace todos los días, por lo que lo traen de muy lejos. Soy una persona ligera a la que no le gusta demasiado el ghee, pero el pan salado aquí es salado pero ligero, así que es bueno para comer.
