Fui a recoger un envío de tarifa reducida el miércoles 7 de enero de 2026 a las 10:04 p. m. Había un empleado hombre. Cuando le dije que había venido a recogerlo, solo me hizo un gesto con la mano para que le enseñara el código de barras en el móvil. Después de eso, desde que me entregó el paquete hasta que me dio el recibo y me fui, no dijo ni una sola palabra. Supongo que era un empleado a tiempo parcial, pero me pregunto si el dueño sabe que un trabajador con una actitud tan poco adecuada para atención al cliente ahuyenta a la gente. Un solo mal empleado puede arruinar la imagen de todo el local.
