Cu 편의점 택배 이용 다시는 안합니다 중고거래 판매자분이 이 편의점에서 택배 접수를 하셨는데 일주일동안 배송이 진행되지 않아 택배 수령인인 본인이 직접 방문함 택배는 발송인이 와서 환불해야 한다고 하여, 환불 이후 제가 직접 수령할 예정이니 잠시 보관 요청을 드림. 그러나 “제3자 수령 불가”라는 규정을 내세우며 보관도 안해준다함 방치해두셨으면 그정도 책임은 지셔야하는거 아닌가요 또한 이미 환불이 이루어진 시점에선 더 이상 “택배”가 아닌건데.. 상황에 대한 유연한 판단과 이해 없이 매뉴얼만 반복하니 답답했음 규정에 대한 이해 부족인지 시스템 뒤에 숨은 책임 회피인지.. 또한 일주일동안 배송이 전혀 진행되지 않았던 점에 대해 사과는 일절 없이 택배사가 바뀌었다?는 불필요하고 장황한 설명도 답답했음
