El parque vecinal de Seoraegol está ubicado justo al lado de la sede de HS Hyosung Banpo. En 2024, HS Hyosung firmó un acuerdo con la oficina de Seocho-gu y “adoptó” el parque vecinal Seoraegol. Es un sistema en el que empresas u organizaciones participan directamente en el mantenimiento/gestión del parque y la purificación ambiental, y los empleados de HS Hyosung mantienen directamente el parque creando macizos de flores de hortensias y plantando árboles. Está cerca de la terminal de autobuses Seoul Express y del sendero para caminar Seoripple Park. Los árboles son espesos y los bancos están bien colocados, lo que lo convierte en un oasis en la ciudad que utilizan los trabajadores de las oficinas cercanas.

Seorae Park está ubicado a medio camino entre Gangnam St. Mary's Hospital y Seorae Village. También está cerca de la cercana estación terminal de autobuses exprés. Es sorprendente que haya un parque en medio del bullicioso centro de la ciudad donde poder tomar un descanso. El parque no es grande, pero parece un buen lugar para hacer una pausa.
