Estaba usando un inyector de prescripción médica y tuve un defecto en el dispositivo, así que pregunté en la farmacia si podían registrar el defecto y comunicárselo al fabricante. Sin embargo, la farmacia seguía repitiendo que no podían hacer nada porque es un medicamento con receta y podría violar la ley farmacéutica, y que es algo que el fabricante y el consumidor deben resolver directamente. Tampoco hubo orientación adicional ni seguimiento sobre mi consulta con el organismo de protección al consumidor. Al final, solo me dijeron que lo reportara al centro de salud. Más que el defecto en sí, me decepcionó mucho que la farmacia no ofreciera ninguna orientación ni cooperación básica ante una falla del dispositivo. Espero que esto sirva de referencia para quienes puedan encontrarse en la misma situación.
