아이가 감기 기운이 있어서 약을 지으러 갔습니다. 당시 아이의 상태와 날씨를 고려해 “동굴에 가도 될까요?”라고 질문드렸는데 약사님께서 저를 당황스럽고 황당하다는 듯 웃으시며, 동료 분과 함께 저희가 나갈 때까지 웃으셨습니다. 환자의 질문을 가볍게 넘기거나 조롱하는 듯한 태도에 큰 상처를 받았습니다. 부모로서 아이 건강이 걱정되어 진심으로 드린 질문이었고, 이런 응대는 매우 실망스럽습니다. 다음부터는 환자의 상황과 감정을 조금만 더 이해해 주셨으면 좋겠습니다.
