맛은 있으나 서비스가 불친절하네요,, 홀에서 먹기전에 미리 전화주문을 하는데 본인들 바쁘니 직접와서 주문을 하라고 하고 홀에 도착해서 주문을 하고나서 저희가 직접 미리 앞접시를 테이블에 두고 기다리다가 음식이 나와서 직원분이 음식을 테이블에 올려두는데 음식접시와 저희 앞접시가 부딪혀서 소리 크게 났는데 그냥 가시고,, 위 행동들에 대해선 사과가 일절없었습니다 ,,저희도 별대응없이 기분나쁜상태로 빨리 먹고 나왔어요

Como era Nochebuena pensé que el delivery tardaría demasiado, así que pedí para recoger — pero desde la confirmación decía que estaría lista en una hora, así que pensé que estarían muy ocupados. Pasó el tiempo estimado y no llegó la notificación de 'listo', supuse que estarían demasiado liados para actualizarlo, y fui a recoger como a las 8:50. Solo entonces me dijeron que mi pedido se había perdido y que ahora lo preparaban ㅡㅜ Esperé 20 minutos. Recibí la comida sin ningún tipo de disculpa ni detalle. El pollo que pedí para comer juntos ya estaba frío. Estoy muy molesto/a.
