오랜만에 찾은 연남동 이억만껍데기🐷 평소 알고 지내던 지인분과 함께 방문했어요. 삼겹살, 갈비살, 그리고 이 집의 시그니처인 껍데기까지! 숯불 위에서 노릇하게 익어가는 고기 냄새에 입맛이 절로 돌더라구요 😋 쫄깃하고 고소한 껍데기 한 점에 시원한 음료 한 모금, 그야말로 스트레스가 싹 풀리는 조합! 분위기도 활기차고 직원분들도 친절해서 즐거운 저녁 한 끼를 보냈답니다. 연남동에서 고기 생각날 땐 역시 이억만껍데기 최고예요🔥

금요일 저녁에 9시쯤 방문했습니다. 한자리 남아서 식사할 수 있었습니다. 껍데기 1인분만 시킬수 없고 고기 1인분을 꼭 시켜야 하네요. 껍디기는 두꺼워서 먹을만 했습니다. 항정껍데기는 기름이 많아보이지만 쫄깃하긴 하네요. 약간 수컷의 냄새가 있었습니다.

Los precios aquí son una locura de verdad — los más baratos de Hongdae y encima la comida está increíble. Ahora entiendo por qué hay tantos extranjeros que vienen por la relación calidad-precio😀

껍데기도 맛있었는데 목살이 진짜 미쳤어요. 가격도 넘 저렴하고 육즙이 장난 아니더라구요. 근래 먹은 목살 중이 제일 맛있었습니다. 또간집될듯

홍대에서 동료와 들른곳인데 삼겹살과 껍데기 조합이 정말 기대 이상이었어요. 껍데기는 쫀득하면서 고소한 풍미가 살아있고, 삼겹살도 맛있게 구워져서 계속 손이 가네요~~
