1. 중계점에서만 지금까지 10번 넘게 시켜 먹음. 2. 엽떡앱으로 주문하고 매장에서 거의 30분가량 기다림. 3. 여자알바생두분이 내점 손님 주문 누락시키고 계란찜만 줘서 내점 손님 커플 계란찜 다 먹고 떡볶이 너무 안 나와서 커플 빡침. 우리꺼 까먹은 거 같은데 사과한마디도 없다고 옆에서 뒷담 엄청 하심. 4. 30분정도 기다리다 언제 나오냐고 물었고, 갑자기 포장된 꾸러미 주면서 이거라고 가져가라고 함. 5. 기다리는 거 알면서 픽업가져가라는 버튼 안 누르그 계속 조리중시켜놓는 것에 기분이 별로 안 좋았음. 6. 그래도 별말 안 하고 그냥 픽업가져감. 7. 한두입먹고 있는데 알바생들 전화옴. 8. 다른 사람거랑 착각해서 바꿔치기해서 포장함. 9. 내가 시킨 거 다른 사람한테 감. 10. 전액환불불가 ?
