1. He pedido a esta sucursal de Junggye más de 10 veces. 2. Pedí por la app de 엽떡 y esperé unos 30 minutos en la tienda. 3. Dos empleadas olvidaron el pedido de una pareja que comía en el local y solo les trajeron el huevo al vapor. La pareja se quedó ahí comiendo solo eso esperando su 떡볶이 eternamente, y los escuché quejarse en voz alta de que nadie se disculpó. 4. Después de esperar unos 30 minutos pregunté cuándo estaría listo mi pedido, y de repente me dieron una bolsa empaquetada diciéndome que me la llevara. 5. Me molestó que siguieran el estado como 'preparando' sin pulsar el botón de listo para recoger, a pesar de que sabían que estaba esperando. 6. No dije nada y simplemente me lo llevé. 7. A los pocos bocados recibí una llamada del personal. 8. Habían confundido los pedidos y me habían empaquetado el de otro cliente. 9. Mi pedido real se fue con otra persona. 10. ¿Devolución completa? ¿Imposible?
