마파두부 시켰는데 사진을 못 찍었어요. 너무 맛있어서 밥으로 싹싹 닦아먹었어요. 예상했던 일반적인 빨간색 마파두부 아니고, 버섯, 두부, 새우, 오징어, 파가 들어있고 굴소스~두부가 부들부들 연두부인가 싶었어요. 예감치과 옆에 있는 곳인데, 맛없는 중식을 먹을만큼 인생은 길지않다 라는 문구를 읽으며 웃으며 들어갔는데, 맛이 진짜 좋았어요. 다른 음식도 맛있을 것 같아 주문하고 싶었는데 시간이 없어서. 다음 치과올 때 메뉴 도장깨기 해야겠어요. 1시 30분쯤 갔는데 손님이 없어서 주로 배달인가 했어요. 이렇게 맛있는 집에 현장방문 손님이 없어서 의아했어요.

짜장면에 대한 맛의 집중과 이해가 깊은 집 같습니다. 요즘 배달 전문 프렌차이즈 형태의 중국집들이 대거 등장하여 짜장면 맛의 빠른 하향 평준화가 진행중인데, 쉐프201은 이런 배달형 매장과 급을 달리합니다. 타 중국집과 퀄리티 차이가 넘사고 배달도 운영 일부분 안하시는 것 같은데, 홀 퀄리티에 집중하시는 것 같습니다. 그래서 더욱 맛잇게 잘 먹엇습니다. 메뉴에 합리적 가격으로 2인 코스가 있던데 다음에는 코스요리로 먹어보고 또 후기 남기겠습니다.
