저희 어머니가 여기 매장을 이용하시고 나서 굉장히 불쾌하다고 하셨습니다. 카드 교환권을 사용하는데 잔액이 얼마 있는지 묻자, 직원이 귀찮다는 듯 행동을 보였다고 하네요. 리뷰 몇 개 찾아보니 저희 어머니뿐만 아니라 다른 분들도 당한 것 같은데 주의가 필요할 것 같습니다. 서비스 종사자일텐데 친절까지 바라지 않지만, 상대방이 기분 나쁘지 않게는 해야할 것 같아요.
