오뜨르베이커리를 들린후 천호역에 화장실가려다 눈에 띈 폼드팡!호기심에 몇개샀는데 고구마빵은 풍년제과 고구마빵 과 거의 흡사함 ㅎ찹쌀만 안에 얇게들어간것외 맛있는 전주 풍년제과빵맛 ㅎㅎ 고구마빵중 가장 고구마빵같음 한입 물면 고구마냄새가 정말 고구마 먹을때 껍질맛과 그안의 고구마 그대로 재현 ㅎ 연구 마니하신분이신듯 ㅎ 빵이 유명한 브랜드 밀리지 않고 맛있슴 ㅎㅎ 오뜨르베이커리는 바삭거리는 식감은 아주 잘 표현 했지만 폼드팡은 유명브랜드들의 주제와 동일시 하는게 보임 ㅎ 그래서 찾아보니 폼드팡 여러군데 있네요! 1년에 빵 거의 안먹고 보통식감을 가진 나였지만 내가 보는건 성장할수 있는 빵이냐 빵에 진심이냐 건강한 빵이냐라는 주제로 접근ㅎ 요리하는 아드님 때문에 개인취미됨
