관리해주시는 선생님이 친절하시고 설명도 꼼꼼하게 해주셨어요!🤍 한가지 아쉬운 점은 관리실 내부 스피커로 올리브영 방송이랑 음악이 너무 크게 나와서 분위기가 산만하게 느껴졌어요 …ㅜㅜㅠ

딸 친국(미국인)가 올영 체험을 너무 원해서 대신 예약해주는 과정에서 융통성없는 시스템에 답답함이 느껴졌습니다. 딸이 통역상 따라갔는데 예약자만 들어갈 수 있다 해서 결국 미국인 혼자 들어 갔는데 스텝이 영어를 거의 못하셔서 통역앱으로 소통했다고 합니다. 소통면에서 어려워 이부분이 가장 아쉬워 하더라구요.나머지 관리부분에서는 대만족이라 합니다. 올리브영이 해외에서 인기가 커지고 있는데 너무 융토성 없는 시스템은 큰 아쉬움으로 남습니다. 예약시스템이나 통역 친구가 따라 가면 같이 들어 갈 수 있게 하는 시스템은 고려해주셨으면 합니다. 다른 면은 크게 만족합니다. 친구가 행복해 보여서 그런 면에서는 감사합니다~
