I went to Sushi Choi, a sushi restaurant that has been in business since the completion of the SK V1 Center in Gasan, which is like a black hole in the restaurant industry. I entered through the open run and ordered special sushi that can only be tasted during lunch. (I didn't see the lunch menu on Naver Place, so I added it as an attached photo) When I looked around when the food was coming out, I saw that all the tables were full and there was a wait right before it was even 12 o'clock. The special sushi was great, but it also included mini udon noodles, so it wasn't cost-effective, it was just super cheap. I think the amount is probably possible because it is located in Gadi, where competition is fierce. As there are a lot of customers, there are many employees who respond promptly to requests, which makes me satisfied in many ways. There seems to be a reason why stores do well in business.

Good, it’s delicious! I asked my aunt for more jangguk, but she didn't bring it. It was a shame.
I ate alone and drank alone in the evening. Usually there were so many people that I couldn't go, but since I went late, it was quiet and nice. I went after working overtime, and I felt like I was recharged with energy!
I went around 1 o'clock and ate an assortment and it was delicious.
This is already my second visit. There are always a lot of people, but luckily I got in right away. As expected, it was great value for money and delicious. I will come again next time with my younger brother.

The sashimi composition is very good, and I like that it was tailored to the meal time with seafood->sashimi->shrimp and sweet potato fries->spicy soup. It's the best as a side dish with alcohol. 👍 The sushi is great, but the sashimi is also really delicious.

Today's lunch was a time of great pleasure for the tongue. Slowly follow the order of the sushi from the left, through white fish, red fish, blue fish, to eggs, and enjoy the flow of sushi. The elegant quality of the sushi passes through your mouth, and the rough, crispy shrimp tempura. A rich and wild flavor that tastes like the oil of land that makes you forget that you are a sea creature. A fun feeling that seems refined but is by no means tame.
