This is my Nth visit, but this is almost my first time writing a review. It's so delicious and I just want to know about it. It's a highly recommended restaurant that there aren't many in Gudi.

I was worried because I heard there would be a wait at 7pm on Thursday, but I went in without waiting. The fermented raw fish was very delicious, the clam stew was refreshing and delicious, and the draft beer was also delicious. Please note that there is no bottled beer.

Today's aged raw fish, eaten at Dorimhyang in Gwanak-gu, is a perfect meal. The visuals are overwhelming. The assorted raw fish with thick fish meat, sea urchin roe, abalone, and salmon was a work of art, and the seafood stew with plenty of scallops was fun to boil and eat with fragrant water parsley. The shrimp bisque pasta is also full of flavor! #Dorimhyangaginghoe #HaemultangRestaurant I am satisfied with both the taste and atmosphere.

If you want to enjoy aged raw fish in Gudi, we recommend Gudi’s famous restaurant, Dorimhang Main Branch. It's so popular in the evenings that you'll need to register your queue with a tablet, but it's well worth the wait. The store, with its soft lighting and cozy atmosphere, is a great place for dates or gatherings, and the representative menu item, fermented raw fish, is clean without any fishy smell and has a deep umami flavor, making it highly satisfying. The water parsley and camellia clam stew that I ordered together was perfect as a side dish or meal as the coolness of the clam broth and the scent of water parsley combined, and it was the perfect ending when served with kalguksu (noodle soup). The quality of the additional menu items, such as fried cuttlefish and uni, made me want to come back again, and the staff were friendly, making it a pleasant meal. It is more convenient to park in a nearby public parking lot rather than in front of the store.

At the Dorim Port main branch, I tasted today’s aged raw fish, signature highball, and water parsley and camellia clam stew. The aged raw fish had a firm texture and umami flavor, so you could really feel its freshness. The rich composition, especially with the addition of uni and abalone, was impressive. The satisfaction level was high compared to the price. The signature highball is refreshing and sweet, making a fantastic combination with aged raw fish and making the drink go downhill. The water parsley and camellia clam stew had a refreshing and spicy broth with the refreshing taste of seafood and the scent of water parsley, and was the perfect meal to end after enjoying raw fish and alcohol. Since I came with friends and shared it with many people, the price was less expensive and the atmosphere was great.

I went to the main branch of Dorim Port in Guro Digital Complex and it was truly amazing haha. The quality of aged sashimi is exceptional, so it melts smoothly as soon as you put it in your mouth, and the savory taste spreads with every bite. It is absolutely delicious. Today's aged sashimi came in a variety of fish species, so it was fun to enjoy each one, and especially the deep flavor of the aged fish, which made me think that it was a restaurant full of steamed fish. ^^ The water parsley and camellia clam stew was also the best as a side dish with drinks, as the broth was refreshing and spicy. Wow, it's this delicious, so I understand why there's a wait. The atmosphere is bustling and lively, so it's perfect to come with friends.

When I heard that it was my birthday and that I wanted to go to Dorim Port, my favorite place, I went there right away. I had a date with my wife for the first time in a while and it was perfect ~.~ 👍🏻 The soup I had for the second time was especially overwhelming. Is it because of my mood that the quality is getting better as the days go by? I've been coming here since I first started eating a few years ago, but the size is getting bigger and the visuals are getting better, so I don't know why... but I feel proud every time 🤤 You gave me a birthday. I went to Dorim Port, which I love at Gudi's bar. This is a ttogan restaurant that I have already visited several times. I always order the various types of fermented raw fish, and the shrimp bisque sauce pasta is just as delicious as at a pasta restaurant. The futomaki is really fat and big, and the staff are very friendly, so the atmosphere is great!

Dorimhang Main Branch, where the quality of aged raw fish is exceptional! I visited it again and again, and as expected, it was the best. The assorted fermented raw fish had a chewy yet soft melting texture, and the freshness spread throughout my mouth. 🐟 I think the water parsley and camellia clam stew, which is a great combination of fragrant water parsley and cool soup, is the best as a side dish with drinks or as hangover. The sweet shrimp bisque sauce pasta with an attractive thick sauce is so rich in flavor that I keep coming back for more. From stuffed futomaki to crispy fried squid, it was a truly satisfying meal from beginning to end. I immediately understood why it was chosen as a must-eat restaurant. I plan to visit again 1000%! Ah, it was my ideal type of izakaya, with the highest level of freshness and generous portions^.^!!!
