흑백요리사2 최유강 셰프님의 업장인 코자차! 한국인 셰프가 내는 일식과 중식이라는 의미라고 한다. 중식과 일식이 서로의 특색을 뽐내며 코스로 나오는 게 재밌다. 전복 냉채로 시작해 오사카 료칸 식 한 상, 샥스핀, 유린기, 굴짬뽕, 배숙과 일본식 디저트, 마지막은 맷돌 드립 커피. 하나하나 다 좋았지만 특히 튀김이 바삭한 유린기와 굴짬뽕이 기억에 남는다

부모님 칠순 때문에 방문했습니다. 부모님이 중식을 좋아하셔서 동네 안 가본 곳에 가자고 하셔서 예약했습니다. 사전답사까지 가서 상의까지 다 했는데, 그때는 안내도 하지 않던 룸차지를 내라고 하질 않나, 7만원이라고 안내한 키즈 메뉴는 8만원이 찍혀 있질 않나. 맛있게 잘 먹고 나오는데 딱 빈정 상하게 하는 기술이 있네요.

오늘 점심에 방문했는데 최근에 먹은 파인다이닝 중에 최고였습니다. 맛, 공간, 서비스 모두 다 좋았고 한중일을 아우른 메뉴가 모두 균형잡혀 있었어요. 디저트까지 완벽하니 앞으로 재방문의사 100프로입니다.

Visited Kojacha near Cheongdam Station. Easy to find thanks to the two large stone statues out front. The name is famous for its origin — KO(rea) + JA(pan) + CH(ina), meaning Korean chefs' Japanese and Chinese cuisine. But whether Japanese or Chinese, the lunch course (130K won) was disappointing for the price. Setting aside the restaurant's reputation, it was simply a mediocre course that felt overpriced. The one upside is being able to dine in a private room. But the eclectic, inconsistent interior undermines any refined atmosphere. Some might call it character, but to me it felt like eating sushi in an art museum — just bizarre. Given that the two chefs' former restaurants Ariake and Palseon aren't even Michelin-listed, I wonder how this place earned two consecutive stars with this lineup.
