Went for some proper winter nourishment on a cold day. Daega Heugyeomso-tang (black goat stew) really lives up to its name — the kind of flavor that makes you feel healthier haha. The heugyeomso muchim (black goat salad) that came out first had zero gamey smell, totally woke up my appetite, and was so tender and easy to eat ♡♡♡ The main heugyeomso-tang had such a rich, deep broth — one spoonful and my whole body warmed up! ♡♡ It was a cold day so the menu choice was absolutely perfect. The meat was tender, not tough at all, and I ate every last bit. Felt great afterwards too. Definitely coming back when I want to take care of my health, especially in the dead of winter!!
