Hadn't had a perm in a while so I went! Brought a photo and they matched it as closely as possible — so happy ㅠㅠㅠ They explained everything in detail and were so considerate throughout. Even though it was late, they were so kind and the result is amazing — totally satisfied ☺️☺️☺️☺️ They even taught me how to dry it properly at home, so helpful ㅠㅠ Gonna take good care of it!

Got a full color dyeing at a great event price! My scalp runs hot so the crown area connected later and the tones were slightly different top vs bottom, but Seonhui saw it right away and fixed it — so grateful! Thanks to her, my wedding photoshoot is gonna turn out beautiful 😆 The raffle event was so fun too! I'll be back before the ceremony in 4 months 😘 (But how many days before the ceremony should I come again haha... I forgot... 🫢)

The director is always kind too! The staff take great care of you, and the hair wash in particular is legendary — so refreshing, I feel like I'm in heaven... 😇 I wanted a red tone without bleach and subtle enough for work, and they nailed it perfectly. I'm going to enjoy this hair 〰️
