처음 한입 먹었을 때 국물이 생각보다 꽤 진하고 묵직해서 살짝 놀랐어요. 매콤하다고 해서 자극적일 줄 알았는데, 단순히 매운맛이 튀는 느낌보다는 돈코츠의 고소함 위에 은근히 올라오는 매운 기운이 이어지는 스타일이더라고요. 먹다 보니 땀이 살짝 나면서도 계속 국물을 떠먹게 되는 중독성이 있었고, 면이랑 차슈까지 같이 먹으면 밸런스가 꽤 좋다는 느낌이 들었어요. 매운 라멘 좋아하는 분들이라면 한 번쯤은 충분히 만족할 만한 맛이었습니다. 밥도 추가로 국물이랑 같이 먹으니까 추운 겨울날 속이 든든한 하루였습니다😀

염도짜게, 기름많이 선택. 와 이날 부맥 폼 미쳤다~ 겁나 맛있었음. 저번에도 맛있었는데 이날 더 맛있었음. 오이무침에 들어간 차슈 왜 이렇게 맛있나여? 식감이 정말 좋네요. 국물도 뜨거워서 마지막에 밥이랑 적셔 먹을때까지 온도가 유지되어 좋았습니다. 국내 이에케 탑클라스

25년 10월부터 판매했던 이에케라멘이 올해 2월에 종료 한다고 해서 재방문했어요. ㅎㅋㅌ, ㄴㄴㅇㄹ와 더불어 국내 이에케 3대장이고, 무료 셀프바의 사이드메뉴와 함께 즐기며 너무 맛있게 먹었습니다

In my opinion, this place near Gangnam-gu Office Station is a hidden gem — truly top-tier. I come here often for 보꼬진 and everything from the self-bar on up is genuinely satisfying.

Great vibe and friendly staff. Visited near the end of the season since they were previewing the Death Metal Lamb Curry slated for next season — and what can I say, the ramen was amazing as always. It's a shame it's going away soon. The lamb curry is a curry, not a Japanese-style kare. The mix of spices and rich lamb fat might not be for everyone, but for 3,000 won I'd order it every single time. Mix it into hot rice, pair it with ramen broth, or pour the whole thing in to make a soup curry — any way you do it, it's outstanding. Can't even imagine how popular it'll be next season. 4.5/5.0

돈코츠라멘 전문점에서 이에케라멘 전문점으로 다시 태어난 라멘 맛집 차슈멘 진한 돼지 육수에 닭기름, 간장 등이 더해진 진하고 기름지며 고소한 맛의 라멘 김, 시금치, 꼬들꼬들 딱딱한 면, 두껍고 부드러운 차슈 등의 구성 강남쪽에서 맛있는 이에케라멘 찾고 있다면 달려가 볼 만한 곳 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.😄

Quick review of Iekera Ramen. You can customize the noodle firmness, oil level, and broth saltiness, so if you're not used to ramen, I'd recommend ordering it light on salt and oil. The surprise fried egg option that popped up isn't always available but I wish it were permanent. The gan-gye-bap isn't just soy sauce egg rice — it's soy sauce egg, cucumber, chashu, garlic, doubanjiang, and mayo rice, which is basically a ticket to nirvana. They do late-night ramen too. A perfect spot. 4.5/5.0

Regular oil, regular saltiness, soft noodles — I've eaten here so many times I've run out of things to say. Insanely delicious. They do late-night ramen too, but emergency closures are frequent and they sell out early sometimes. Still, I'm absolutely obsessed with this place. Heard Ieké is closing for the season soon... why... 4.0/5.0

A ramen spot I keep driving out to from Jamsil 👏 The broth is rich and velvety — goes without saying — but the value for that price is just unreal... The menu changed and the noodles are thicker than before, giving a much better chew!! Today I had them firm and they had this satisfying bite to them — so fun to eat! Looking forward to trying medium next time 🫶 (The rice and cucumber side are absolute must-orders) Please stay healthy and keep this place open for a long time 🩷
