My mother had a hanbok made for her, and she was kind and nice.

It's really not that good. I made a reservation for 6 o'clock, but it was a meaningless reservation. 40분이나 기다렸다가 피팅했네요^^ 짜증나서 그냥 갈까 하다가 그래도 예약했으니 기다렸다 피팅룸 들어가서 앉아있는데 ㅋㅋ 저희와 똑같이 예약 시간보다 딜레이 된 분들이 또 계셨는데 갑자기 저희 피팅룸에서 사이즈를 재시더라고요?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ오래 기다리게 하는것부터가 기분이 안좋았는데 피팅하는 내내 기분이 별로였습니다. Don't the people who are watching say that I look kind of sexy and that Yerang really can't tie knots? Haha. I didn't come here to watch the show or learn how to tie knots^^? Haha. It was really bad from start to finish, so I didn't sign a contract. To be honest, I had high expectations because it was Gangnam and I made a reservation because I heard it was cost-effective. Haha, other places are cheaper and the hanbok is pretty. Go somewhere else🌸~

From personal experience, I am not really satisfied. The service is so hectic and busy. In the end, I didn't choose Hanbok here. They asked me several times unimportant questions like “I attended the fair.” I was so embarrassed to be around adults.

I visited the store to prepare a hanbok for the couple's mother, but the overall response and consultation experience did not meet my expectations, so I am leaving a review with a disappointed heart. First, after measuring the mothers' body sizes immediately after the visit, the staff went straight to choosing clothes without any style-related consultation. As a result, we wondered, ‘Is it okay to proceed without first reflecting the mothers’ preferences?’, but decided to wait and see. As a result, neither of the mothers were satisfied with the clothes they brought, and it was only after we told them about their styles that we were able to receive suggestions for two additional hanboks. In this regard, I am concerned that better service would be provided if we first understand the customer's preferences and make suggestions during future consultations.

I came here to make reservations for hanbok for the wedding couple at Park's Uriot. The store was much larger than the blog review photos showed, and there was a separate room available just for us. Above all, the person in charge who guided the mothers comfortably and provided counseling was very kind. There is a main ceremony tomorrow and I am really looking forward to seeing the mothers in hanbok☺️❤️
