곱창 막창 대창 염통 등 모두 잡내없이 깔끔했고, 특히 곱창에 곱이 가득이라 고소하고 쫄깃했다. 소금과 후추로 바삭하게 구워져나와 식감도 남달랐고 맛도 남달랐던 곳. 요즘 곱창 자주 먹었는데 그 중 으뜸이었던거 같다. 신도림에서 찾아가기 좋고 주차지원도 되니 회식이나 모임하기에도 좋을듯!!

이른저녁 한우곱창전골♡ 뜨끈뜨끈 칼칼국물 땡기는 날 딱!ㅎㅎ 양도 푸짐하고 국물도 진한 곱창전골~~~ㅎㅎ 기본반찬에 육회라뇨? 넘 놀랬ㅋㅋㅋ 우동사리랑 치즈계란찜 추가해서 먹었더니 진짜 배부르게 먹었어요!ㅎㅎ 반찬들도 다 깔끔하고 맛나요~ 다음엔 구이 먹어볼게요ㅎㅎ

곱창시키면 육회랑 순두부찌게 주시는데, 육회는 냉동이 아닌거 같았어요 싱싱하고 간도 과하지 않고 적당하고 🥰😍 순두부찌게도 두부비린내 없고 몽글몽글하니 간도 얼큰하니 딱 먹기 좋았숩니다 ㅎㅎ 서비스인데도 넘 맛있고, 자꾸 들어가요 ㅎㅎ 비빔국수도 곱창느끼할때 한번씩 먹어주면 좋그요 🫶🫰🫰 그리고 곱창하고 대창 염통 모듬구이는 미리 초벌해서 나와서 직접 구울필요가 없어서 먹기가 편했어요 같이 나오는 떡도 말캉 쫄깃 바삭하니 넘 맛도리였네요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅜ 또 가고싶음....🥲🥲🤭🤭😍😍 그리고 오실때 신도림역보다 구로역이 조금 더 가까웠어요 참고하시길 !!

얼마전에 남영직영점을 방문하고 너무 만족 스러워서 신도림점도 방문해 보고 싶어서 토요일 오후 6시쯤 방문. 이 시간에 오면 웨이팅 할수가 있어서 조금 더 이른 시간에 오늘것을 추천. 남영점과 마찬가지로 곱창의 곱은 꽉차있고 너무 부드러움. 서비스로 나온 순두부찌개는 곱창과의 페어링이 적절함. 더불어 함께 나온 육회와 사이드 반찬들은 모두가 맛나고 곱창과 궁합이 잘 맞음. 최근에 곱창집들 중 가장 만족도가 높은 곳이라 다시 방문 의사 있음

If you are looking for a tripe restaurant in Sindorim, I recommend Woowoo Beef Gopchang! It's full of gob, so it's savory, and it's convenient because you can eat it right away after it's baked! If you eat the soft tofu stew and raw beef that come with it, you'll get drunk! Here's a tip: be sure to grill the green onions that come as a side dish, they taste great >_<

One of the popular beef tripe restaurants in Sindorim.. There are many special tripe and meat restaurants in Sindorim, and this is one of them. Garlic tripe and assorted tripe are the most popular menu items, and you can also order one serving of each. First of all, I liked that if you order one serving of tripe, soft tofu stew and raw meat are served as a service. The tripe was grilled just right so it was easy to eat and tasted good. The quantity is perfect for two people to eat. Personally, it's not as good as the original garlic tripe at Life Gopchang Restaurant Mullae, but I think I'll visit often if it's nearby. It's nice that there are quite a few options, from the giblet sauce to a special sauce that looks like seasoning sauce, salt, and basil sauce. The fried rice is not bland and salty, but it is savory because it contains a lot of eggs.

I can see right away why the beef tripe here is famous 😆✨ The tripe that is properly flavored is really crazy~~~ The texture is so chewy on the outside that I keep coming back… I can't stop eating the fried rice and it's the perfect ending!!!! The atmosphere is nice, so it's perfect for a drink. I plan to go again next time!!

Uwol Sogopchang pre-grills everything so you can eat right away, which is nice. They even gave us yukoe and sundubu-jjigae as complimentary sides! There are so many banchan that you only need to order the mains and it still feels like a feast. I didn't even like gopchang before but Uwol Sogopchang has zero gamey smell — crispy outside, juicy inside, absolutely nailed it~
