It seems like more people are flocking here these days because of the butter rice cake. I bought the pea samancom mammoth, Hatsu red bean bread, and pure strawberry cloud bagel😋 First of all! Pea Samanco Mammoth has sweet peas :) I was surprised that 70% of the Hatsu red bean bread was not as sweet as I expected!!! A slightly cold taste of old-fashioned red bean bread? Pure strawberry cloud bagels are the best👍🏻 Just when the whipped cream starts to feel greasy... The refreshing taste of strawberries! Absolutely good combination

Seongsu Hot of Hot Bbangdol, stop by Hearts Bakery, a must-visit place if you're in the mood for bread Sand bagels, chewy bread, and red bean bread Wangchang Sagam ㆍCorn Sand Bagel The top part, just below the bread, smells like a band of sugar. Slightly burnt sugar? It had a slight scent and taste. The cream could be considered corn cream. It was chewy. Slightly above the center, there was canned corn that had lost its moisture. It was chewy, probably because it lost moisture, but it was neither too hard nor too moist. (If there was a lot of moisture, it would have a poppy texture, but it seems to have killed that texture.) In the very center, there was something like a cookie ripened in cream. The texture was potto (without cream). Because it is aged, it is not crunchy, not very soft, but close to soft. The bottom part has corn crunch (like a consommé). It feels like it brings out the richness of the crunchy corn. It is also worth buying 👍

Seongsu butter rice cake restaurant, Hats Bakery. There was a 35-minute wait at 11:00 on weekdays. Shanghai butter rice cakes can only be purchased in even numbers, with a minimum of 2 pieces, and 2 pieces cost 5,800 won. The outside is crispy like a canelé, and the inside is chewy like a glutinous rice donut. It's sweet enough to eat on its own without condensed milk, so it's okay. However, it tastes just as it looks, so it's not recommended to wait for the butter rice cake. Peanut Dubai Chewy Bread (7.2) A thin and chewy bread filled with kadaif + savory and sweet peanut butter + chocolate! It tastes like you'll be recharged with just one bite.

It's definitely a popular store these days, so I visited around 11 a.m. on a rainy Sunday, but there were a lot of people and I had to wait for about an hour. Almost everything was take-out, so there were only a few people eating in the restaurant and there was plenty of table space. They provided utensils so I was able to eat comfortably and it was delicious!

When you feel the sweet and savory taste of peas, the softness of the crust and the slightly salty acidity at the end are not sour, but rather the chewy texture of the good bread crust itself, in harmony with the pea bean paste, is just right. 💟Hatsu Red Bean Bread (Sugar Content 30%) 4.0 You know that Hatsu is originally famous for its sweet red bean bread, right? The bread crust is just the same - the red beans with a sugar content of 30 are similar to the red beans in Sirutteok. The red bean's natural nutty and subtle sweetness doesn't bite, so it's easy to chew. The nutty flavor is further upgraded with the crunchy texture of walnuts.

Oh, the chewy bread is crazy. Even after refrigerating it for a few days, it still impresses me. After putting all this together, it came out to about 700 million won, and it was so delicious that I would want to pay 700-800 million won next time. I feel like they didn't skimp on even a single bit of cream and put in a lot of it. It's a taste that makes you ecstatic and furrow your brows with every bite.

I went to try the Buldak salt bread, and it tastes better than I expected haha. It's spicy on the outside + cheese, so it's a taste that keeps you reaching for it🔥 (Beware spicy eaters!!) The truffle cheese salt bread has a strong scent, so if you like truffles, you'll love it! The butter rice cake is chewy and crispy on the outside and inside, perfect as a snack. Overall, the menu is all unique so it's fun to choose and eat👍 If you find a bakery in Seongsu, it's worth a visit!

I visited and ate around 17:00 on a Sunday, and there was no wait, but they told me to grab a seat first and then order, so I sat down and came down, but in the meantime, the yellow cheese chewy bread was sold out... Sigh. I had a Porto Basque Sand Bagel for 8,900 won, a Porto Porto Mammoth for 6,500 won, and a decaffeinated Americano, but drinks were not required to be ordered!! The Potto Sand Bagels are delicious with sweet and salty creams, but I felt like I would get greasy if I ate the whole thing by myself. It was perfect for the two of us to share in half, and I thought the bagel would taste even better if it was a little more chewy. The Poto Poto Mammoth was a little sweeter than the Porto Sand Bagel due to the soboro on the top, so I liked the Mammoth better. Both went well with Americano. There were no seats, so we sat in the rooftop tent?! There was a stove on only one side, but it was very cold 😢

While I was visiting Seongsu, I stopped by Hearts Bakery. I really wanted to come here for a long time!!! Among the places that sell sand bagels in Busan, I was disappointed that there weren't many that allowed people to eat in, but it's nice to have a place to eat here haha. The sand bagels are so delicious... The fire chicken mayo salt bread and the black sesame jacastera bread (I can't remember the name) were also really delicious. It's a shame that the yogurt sanbe sold out early ㅜㅜ Even though I went at 1 o'clock on Monday, there were a lot of people haha. I'll come again next time.

I want to leave endless praise and thanks for the staff at the Seongsu store🥹 I've been a regular since the temporary location, and every time I went they welcomed me so kindly and paid attention to every detail that when I felt down, I would stop by Hats Bakery first. It was as comforting as going to a massage shop for me. When they packed an ice pack in my cooler bag with other items, they even lined it with plastic so it wouldn't get wet, and they remembered that I carry a spare ice pack and packed it for me themselves. There have been so many things to thank them for, but only today did I finally get a receipt and leave a review. There were many new faces today, but from line guidance to checkout, it was a happy purchase as always. I almost want to ask for an incentive just to make sure this gratitude gets throughㅎㅎ
