브레빌머신 구매 후 2개월정도 사용한후에 방문했는데 정말 최고의 교육이었습니다 라떼아트 강의 전 그동안 내가 어떻게 브레빌을 써왔는지 체크 및 저에게 맞는 에스프레소 내리는 방법과 머신 관리법을 좀 더 깊이있게 알려주세요 그리고 제 스타일에 맞춰서 라떼수업을 알려주시는데 그간 유투브를 통해 봐왔던 라떼아트 영상에서 궁금했던점도 속시원히 알려주시고 오하려 더 쉽고 간편하게 잘 알려주십니다 가장 감동받았던건 저도 포기한 제 똥손을 안포기하셨다는거 더 해보고 싶었는데 미안해하니까 상관없다며 계속 알려주시고 결국 해낼때까지 알려주셨다는거 덕분에 저희집 브레빌 머신에 알맞는 스티밍괴 라떼아트를 배운거 같아서 정말 좋았습니다 알려주신 선생님도 정말 대단한 분이셔서 정말 더 알찼던 교육이었던거 같습니다

브레빌사용하면서 궁금했던부분을 어제 다 해소하고왔습니다. 정말 친절하게 잘 설명해주시고 가르쳐주셔서 감사합니다. 알려주신대로 집에와서 다시 세팅도했습니다^^ 정말 유익한 시간이였구요 집에 머신을 더 잘 사용할수있을거같아요~^^ 그리고 선생님이 내려주신 라떼 맛은 정말 최고였습니다엄지척👍

브레빌 1년간 이용하다 궁금한 부분이 있어 여쭤보러갔는데 1시간 30분 동안 수업받고 나왔습니다ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 제가 이용하는 방법 들으시더니 의자를 준비해주시고 제 추출방법부터 좋은 커피의 맛을 구별하는 방법까지 돈 주고도 못배울 수업이였네요. 퇴근시간도 지나셨을텐데 무지한 저를 구원하시겠다는 일념 하나로 하나하나 세세하게 원두 선택방법, 노트 구별하는 방법, 분쇄도 설정, 레벨링, 채널링, 추출량까지 가르쳐주시고 숙제까지 내주셨어요 ㅎㅎ 앞으로 더 재밌고 맛있는 커피생활을 할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 선생님 되게 만나기 어려운 분이라던데 너무 영광이였습니다. ◡̎

요즘 홈카페에 관심이 생겨서 브레빌 카페 컨설팅을 받아보고 왔어요. 처음에는 커피머신이 어렵지 않을까 걱정했는데, 상담해주신 바리스타 분이 정말 친절하게 설명해주셔서 너무 편하게 체험할 수 있었어요 :) 커피머신 종류부터 에스프레소 추출 방법, 우유 스팀까지 하나하나 직접 보여주시면서 설명해주셨는데 초보자도 이해하기 쉽게 알려주셔서 좋았어요. 특히 브레빌 머신은 추출 과정이 안정적이고, 스팀도 부드럽게 잘 나와서 라떼 만들기에도 좋다고 하시더라구요. 직접 커피도 내려보고 맛도 볼 수 있었는데, 확실히 집에서 마시는 커피랑은 또 다른 느낌이라 홈카페 욕심이 더 생겼어요 ♡ 자세하게 설명해주셔서 감사해요!

브레빌 반자동 커피 머신 구매 전에 컨설팅받아보고자 예약하고 방문했습니다. 예약제로 한 팀씩 운영되어서 편안한 분위기에서 집중하면서 들을 수 있었어요! 특히 이번에 컨설팅 진행해주신 주성희 매니저님이 아주 친절하고 상세하게 알려주셔서 너무 만족스러웠습니다~🤗 커피 머신 뿐만아니라 커피 자체에 대한 개념들도 전문적으로 많이 알려주셔서 좋았어요. 좀 더 고민해보고 구매하게된다면 성수점에서 구매하고 다른 클래스도 들어보고 싶네요👍🏻☺️

Got into coffee and naturally learned about Breville! Found out there's a place to try them out and went — they explained everything so kindly, from extraction to cleaning💓 So glad I went!!! Just finished the consultation and about to receive my machine — so excited!!

It's a Breville cafe and showroom in one, so I got to look around and hear explanations while waiting — loved it. If you're considering Breville, definitely make a reservation and get the walkthrough before buying. They spent an hour explaining everything clearly and thoroughly — made me think what would've happened if I'd just bought online. Felt great after making the purchase.

I was thinking about buying it and wanted to see it in person, so I made a reservation and used it. They kindly walked me through everything, from how to use it to how to clean it, and explained things really well, so I ended up paying for it.ㅎㅎ I’m so grateful they spent almost an hour going into such detail.

I visited the store because I wanted to buy a Breville machine but had no idea which one to get. They gave me a dedicated one-on-one explanation for an hour, which was really helpful for making my choice! They also gave me gifts and perks after the purchase, which was wonderful. Once I try out the machine I'll come back for a class too!^^

I kept going back and forth on which Breville machine to get, and eventually just went to the Seongsu store in person. I was really torn between the 876 and the 881, but hearing the explanation while seeing them in front of me made all the difference. The brand ambassador at the Seongsu store spent nearly an hour with me one-on-one, asking about my usage patterns, the fact that my family would also be using it, whether I like lattes, how much I want to dial in settings myself — going through everything one by one. It wasn't just 'this one is better' — they gave me a logical explanation of exactly why the 881 would suit me specifically, which was a huge help in making my decision. In particular, the details on the difference in steam texture, the grinder settings, and how a first-time machine user can comfortably get used to it — it really felt like this person genuinely knows coffee, not just selling. The ambassador was so lovely, thank you so much! 💖
