Kissaten Balsan

A new cafe near my office - I've been eyeing the neat exterior, and recently I've stopped by often to take a break. ^^ The number of tables is adequate, the quiet atmosphere is perfect, and I usually drink Kissaten coffee, the signature dish. It's warm and sweet with a cold cream topping, so it's delicious. The pudding was also famous, so I tried it and it was great, from its unique texture to its pretty appearance. I recommend it to people who, like me, start and end their day with rest and sugar recharge.

Cheesecake and whiskey wine!! As always, it's so delicious that no words are needed...! I thought the basic pudding was a bit sweet, so I didn't think about eating the syrup on the plate, but the whiskey pudding had a good whiskey taste spread into the syrup, and it was so delicious that I wanted to sip the syrup. Cheesecake again..!! I think the owner invested everything in the texture. The chewy and chewy taste is so good that I think I will order it often in the future^//^ I feel like I have to try all the desserts... This is what I felt when I visited the store often, and as expected, other customers were sitting at the window seat. I think it's a very popular spot✨️. I hope the store becomes famous, but if it becomes famous, there really won't be any place to sit, right? Be famous... no, don't be famous... famous...

The taste of coffee and beverage desserts is quite good.🤤 It feels like eating chocolate made with real cacao butter after eating fake chocolate made with palm oil, it feels like eating real truffles after eating fake truffle oil, and eating homemade pudding after eating only factory-made convenience store pudding is completely different.😭 Recommended menu items are milk tea and whiskey pudding. You can enjoy a taste comparable to Harajuku cafes here 👍

Not only the coffee, but the pudding and crème brûlée are delicious!! It was better because it wasn't too sweet. The staff was friendly and the cozy atmosphere went well with the warm carols coming from a corner of the store. :)

I ordered it through delivery and then went to the store. The store was clean and the desserts were so delicious.

It's good to go alone quietly^^ There is also room for one person at the bar table. I especially liked the music.

7th visit! Great to be with your lover! I was proud that my lover said it was delicious haha. Even though it's been a while since I've been here, they're friendly and the atmosphere is warm, so I think it's a good place to visit in winter or fall. Of course, I'm asking if you won't come in the summer, but that's not true haha. Dessert is, of course, pudding! I also ordered the cake because I had previously given it to my lover as a gift and he said it was delicious. I don't think I can get tired of eating sweet and soft cakes and puddings that are plump and have a slight wine flavor. I ate well today too! Fighting Kitsaten!!!

Even though it was raining, I ran without an umbrella hoping to get some pudding... Even though it was my favorite piece of clothing, it was so delicious that it was worth every penny. You can wash your clothes, but you can't eat pudding unless it's today, right? (No.) It was a moderately sweet and springy pudding that was perfect for Friday night!! The Maginot line of the tangle was cut so well that I was impressed every time I ate it... It was packaged so neatly that I think it would be good as a gift for a friend (!!!) The quality is so good that I believe I bought it at a department store... The pudding moves and tangles every time I shake the bowl containing it... It makes me sad because I feel like I'm looking at a work of art instead of food... Why does it disappear when I eat it? I ate well today too!!!

Milk tea, iced Americano, and pudding are delicious. A calm and quiet space. Recommended.

Second visit!! But actually, on the first day, I ate a lot of dessert, coffee, and pudding, so this is probably the fourth time I've ordered it. Haha, I'm embarrassed. It was my first time trying vanilla bean latte, but it was sweeter than I expected (!!) and the pudding was still delicious.. They say it's pure after tuning.. I think the basic pudding is the best. Of course, other puddings are also great for children who can't live up to their expectations. And the part that surprised me the most was that the pudding could be chewed? The texture is really amazing... It doesn't just go down your throat at once, you can chew it a couple of times in your mouth and then let it go down your throat. It's not jelly-like and has a really luxurious texture... I don't know if they make it themselves, but it has the best texture. There are a lot of things I want to write, but why can’t I just use 400 characters? I highly recommend it.
