This is my favorite bakery cafe in Hapjeong. The atmosphere is great and the space is spacious so it’s great to chat!!! It's also a good place to read books. I recommend it~ The b side coffee is also very delicious. The drink tastes strong, which is my style. I recommend it if you like coffee!

I tried the Bamboo Pistao just because of the visual, but the pistachio cream is very chewy and savory! Although it is sweet, it is savory when mixed with coffee, so it goes well with bread. The croissants are also very large and very crispy, so delicious.

I have lived near Hapjeong Station for a long time, so this is a cafe I have been using for a long time. This is the perfect place for my boyfriend and I who like dark roasted coffee. The space is so cool..! It has a secret feel with hidden rooms here and there and it's great for conversation, but I think it's a quiet place where you can even go to a cave! The dessert is delicious. It's a shame I couldn't have the matcha cake, but I'll come again next time!

I ordered an Americano, a chocolate latte, and a banana tart. First of all, the Americano wasn't as acidic as I thought, and it was just smooth and had a good taste, so it was easy to drink! The chocolate latte was delicious, with a crunchy consistency and sweetness. And the banana tart was so creamy and the banana mousse was so delicious!

I went to Bamboo Bakery & Brewing, located in a quiet alley near Hapjeong Station in Mapo-gu. The sensuous exterior that looks like a renovated house and the interior atmosphere with a gorgeous chandelier caught my attention as soon as I entered. To enjoy a sweet dessert time, I ordered a honey butter croissant and decaffeinated cold brew. The croissant, which I was looking forward to, had each and every grain intact, and when I bit into it, it had a light, crunchy texture and the rich buttery flavor filled my mouth. The sweetness coated on the outside blended exquisitely with the savory butter flavor, making it a taste that I could continue to touch without feeling greasy. The decaffeinated cold brew that came with it was a fantastic match as it was heavy and clean without any unique bitterness, perfectly balancing out the bread that could otherwise be perceived as sweet.

There are about 4 types of croissants, and I tried the Dojima croissant. This croissant topped with condensed milk and cream is good to eat when you want something sweet. It's too sweet for my taste. The Mont Blanc was the best. I liked the bean paste inside and the right amount of sweetness. I liked the bottom cookie part because it had a texture that wasn't dry. The interior design, including the stairs, tables, and bathroom, seems to be based on the concept of an old building. The inside of the building is not large, but there is a terrace.

I stopped by this cafe when I arrived early because I had dinner plans. They renovated an old house and created a wonderful space, so there were many places to look around. Because the lighting is a bit dark, you may not be able to tell that it is open for business from the outside, but once you come inside, you can feel a nice atmosphere thanks to the soft lighting. The coffee had a short but strong acidity, and I liked the heavy sweetness that followed.

I couldn’t try the cakeㅠㅠ but the coffee was so good! I had a bamboo latte and a vanilla latte, and both the beans and milk were smooth and easy to drink. There are lots of seats, and it has a perfect Instagram cafe vibe, so it was pretty quiet on a weekday evening and I could relax and enjoy it.💕 #HapjeongCafe #Bamboo
