It doesn't have as much impact as Douchokku, but it seems to have a good balance of buttery flavor and chewiness, but I don't know why it's popular.

I visited for the first time because I heard they were selling butter rice cakes. 3 pieces cost 5,200 won! First of all, when I saw the shape at the store, I thought it wasn't a heart, but it was a heart... haha. It took my breath away and I couldn't even pick the back part. Cafe Mettle Doujokku is the first doujokku that I tried. When I didn't know what dujokku was, I vaguely thought it tasted like matcha because it was green and thought it would taste like matcha, so I said I wouldn't eat it (I can't eat matcha), but a customer bought it for me and my companions reluctantly put it in their mouths and got to taste this precious taste. It turns out it's not matcha, but pistachio! After that, I became addicted to this taste and tried buying douchokku from other places, but it didn't taste like this!!! Even though I lived in Yeonnam-dong and ate it in limited quantity at a famous place. In the end, I asked the person who gave it to me and went ahead and bought it. I was worried what if the taste had changed, but it was just the same as I remembered. Dujjon pebyeo is especially good when shared with several people!! Would it be better to cut it into smaller portions to share? There are no pictures of me because I ate so much. It's not too sweet and really delicious.

I didn't realize it when I ate them, but the marshmallow skin on the Doojjonku is thin, and the skin on the Doojjonppae is thicker than a cookie, so it's a bit more chewy!! Both of them have a really good kadaif texture and are filled with pistachios, making them very, very savory. As I finish something sweet and savory, I keep reaching for it. If you like a chewier texture, try Dujjonppe~ If you like the feeling of chewing more than chewy, I recommend Dujjonku~ I recommend it🤟😋 I bought it as a holiday gift and visited my hometown and was very welcomed😎

Dujokku is the best restaurant! I really like it, so I've bought it from many places, but Metal Douchokku is the best. It's expensive because it's big, but there have been many times when I bought it for 6,700 won somewhere else and wasn't satisfied, so now whenever I want to eat it, I just come here even if it's a bit far away.
