I visited Sadang's famous restaurant, Cast Iron Kimchi Samgyeop, while looking for meat in Sadang. Since it is a style of grilling pork belly and kimchi together on a cast iron plate, the sight will definitely whet your appetite. The meat is thick and juicy, and the kimchi grilled in pork fat is a real delicacy. If you eat it with pork belly, the combination is so good. Since I roasted water parsley with it, it took away the greasiness and kept me going. The game is already over with just the sound of grilling meat and the smell of kimchi cooking. This is a Sadang restaurant that you want to come back to when you want to eat pork belly in Sadang.

I came here because I heard it was a Sadang restaurant and it was delicious. I really like water parsley, so you can eat it with water parsley and the kimchi is delicious too! The egg soup is also really delicious~

After hiking Mt. Gwanak, I visited to eat water parsley pork belly~~!!! I came here to eat pork belly and kimchi hotpot haha. It's a taste I'm really looking forward to. I had water parsley pork belly and it was delicious. I recommend it~~!!~!~!~! Your first order must be for at least 3 people!!! Please note that I recommend water parsley with pork belly!!!!

I had water parsley pork belly, and the meat was of just the right thickness, with less odor, and it was really delicious. The water parsley and kimchi grilled together were a godsend!! I waited a bit to get in, but it was as delicious as I expected. This is a review I bought with my own money.

I think it’s a daily restaurant. The taste of the egg soup that was served was unusual, and the green onion salad had a special taste as well. And when they grill the meat, they grill it expertly using a protective plate to prevent oil from splattering... It's a very good restaurant

They grill the meat themselves and it’s so delicious! Next time, I'll have to come back to try the dish that includes water parsley again haha🫶 It's nice that they leave the cylinder like that to prevent oil from splattering, and the staff are all very friendly💕 The wait went away quickly, so I was able to eat it without waiting too long. The meat is thick and juicy, so the more you chew it, the more savory it gets, and the kimchi grilled with pork fat is a real delicacy. Since I eat pork belly and kimchi together, the combination is so good that I keep reaching for it. If you roast water parsley with it, it will cut down on the greasiness so you can enjoy it until the end. A Sadang restaurant that I want to visit again when I crave pork belly in Sadang.

I’m so glad you baked everything from start to finish! The store is clean and I only come here when I come to Sadang to eat meat 😍 I also ordered makchang and it was delicious haha.

I just passed by the shrine. I never thought there would be a hidden restaurant like this! They bake it themselves and are very friendly even though they are busy. It's a real sadang restaurant in itself, so I come here every time the baseball game ends!! Both the kimchi and the meat are delicious!
