I ordered a chocolate cream chip from one of the employees, but instead of asking him to finish his sentence, he spoke in a really rude tone. It didn't even say Frappuccino on the menu. Frappuccino?? I was confused because both the facial expression and the response seemed very aggressive lol.. How on earth do they respond to customers?
