I entered thinking it was a small cafe, but there was also a space in the basement... It was refreshing to see events for each day of the week written on the wall. It's not just a cafe, it's a cultural space? It's a very attractive space^^

It's been a while since I stopped by Jebi Dabang, and the performances are always good. I had Irish coffee for the first time, and the drink was strong and delicious.

I was so happy at the end of the year, Christmas, and birthday.

Good song and good atmosphere

Crying Nut Han Kyung-rok, who appeared on I Live Alone ~ It's my son's favorite band. One day, when passing by Hongdae, he said, "That's Jebidabang~" ~ After seeing the scene where Han Kyung-rok and Bibi meet at Jebidabang, I really wanted to go there, so I held my son's hand and visited together. As soon as we entered, I knew right away that it was a symbolic place for underground musicians. Their dreams, sweat, passion, agony, tears, and frustration seemed to overflow even if it filled Jebidabang.. I went up and stood looking at the smaller audience. I felt sorry for the youth who were enduring the tsunami of an era that was more difficult and scary than mine, and I wanted to pat them on the back and give them warm consolation. I also had a small expectation that I would be able to see Kyung-rok Han with his trademark bandana tied around his forehead and a kind smile.

This place transforms into a cafe during the day and a hip bar with live performances at night. (I went in early March, and there was a list of performances for March and April written on the wall next to the main entrance.) It has a first floor and a ground floor where the performance hall is located. There are not many seats on the first floor and the spacing between the seats is narrow. I ordered "cocoa" without much expectation since it was a performance-oriented cafe, and it was thicker and tastier than I expected. (It seems to be better than most franchises.) I visited during the day and wasn't able to see the performance at 8 PM, but when I imagine what the cafe would be like when there was a performance, it seems a bit inconvenient as a cafe, but it seems to have been well designed to be immersive for both performances.

Jebidabang is truly a space that I hope will last forever! It's great to be able to see the stage up close, and it's great to be able to watch the performance just by paying for a drink. The structure overlooking the basement from the first floor is really unique! Seats fill up quickly before the performance, so I recommend visiting in advance.
