The chocolate salt is thicker than expected and the salty salt is sprinkled on top. The chocolate itself is definitely on top, so the taste of steamed chocolate is stronger than the chocolate-flavored hinangsi. There are two types of egg tarts, but I bought the cookie style that I haven't tried. The outer cookie is very hard and real. It just tastes like a cookie, like a soft steamed egg, and it was chewy and the vanilla bean was all at the bottom. My friend's pick was the egg tart, and I personally went for the original Finangsi, which had a lot of egg tart filling, so it would taste better if you eat it cool.
