Came in to buy a watch and the staff explained everything so kindly that I ended up purchasing comfortably. The store atmosphere was great and the service was clean and professional — very satisfied.

The interior is really well done, and the person who helped me was incredibly kind. Only slight downside is they didn't have that many watches available to casually try on.

It felt a bit stiff at the entrance, but once inside, a friendly eccentric-scientist type explained everything in detail — proactively covering exactly what I wanted to know without me even asking. You could really feel the expertise. Very kind, and the explanations felt truly high-caliber. Thank you.

Personally the worst experience. The initial greeter was kind, but the staff who sat with me to explain watches and help me try them on made me feel really bad. (Saying things like "New ones are expensive, so you're looking at used ones, right?") Maybe because I wasn't looking at an expensive brand line, but I felt looked down on. Leaving this review for other visitors to reference — please note this is purely my subjective experience.
