The ramen restaurant I came across after searching unexpectedly was so delicious~ The store is clean and has an open kitchen, so hygiene is good👍👍👍 The menu is simple, so it's certified as a good restaurant!! I ordered two and added shoyu ramen 😆😆 The kitchen is a bit small so it came late, but it was worth the wait.

For my wife and I who love ramen, a restaurant like this in our neighborhood is truly welcome!! The friendly owner has great cooking skills, so my wife and I enjoyed our ramen! I asked for a less salty option so I could share it with my child! Although it's bar-style, you can sit down and have a full meal with your child! When I go anywhere with my child, I feel like I'm being watched, but the owner was so kind that I felt comfortable eating delicious food🩵 The ramen soup was really clean and the noodles were cooked like my husband's favorite ramen noodles, so I was completely healed!! Regular save!!

Ordered shio and shoyu. The shoyu tasted surprisingly sweet, similar to black shoyu. It was too sweet for my taste. The shio had a nice thick chicken broth. It's a shame that the vinegared ginger is a lot sweeter than other places. I think it would be better if the sweetness is omitted overall. It was my first visit, and my friend and I were satisfied with our food.
I went to a newly opened restaurant near my house, and the interior of the restaurant was very pretty and had a great atmosphere! 💗 It was great to eat alone, and I liked the large amount of ramen and the thick broth! You can also adjust the saltiness, and if you don't like salty food, you can make it mild by asking the chef! I ate it like that too, but it smelled a bit like samgyetang, so I ate the noodles first and then added rice, so I ate it in the form of soup and rice. It was so amazing.. I can't express it in words.. Oh, and the owner was very young, but the service was good and he was handsome(?) Anyway, I hope you prosper a lot!🥹 Tip for enjoying it: Ask the owner for a spicy soup and then add rice ⭐
This is a ramen restaurant that recently opened. There is one L-shaped bar table that seats about 10 people. There was no waiting. I just ordered the Char Siu Shio Ramen (13,000 won) and added rice (500 won). It took quite some time for the food to come out. About 14 minutes. It was neatly made shio ramen. About 5 slices of smoked pork, eggs, menma, noodles. The soup is slightly salty and has a moderate umami flavor. But the chicken flavor wasn't as strong as I thought. The noodles are slightly thick. The char siu had a clean taste, and the egg was cooked to just the right degree. The rice was moderately dry. It's okay as an ending. It's not something you'd come from far away, but if you're nearby, it's okay to stop by and grab a bite to eat.
This is a Japanese ramen restaurant that I found through a search because I had a schedule in Guro❤️ The menu is a single item of shio (salt) ramen (the intensity of the saltiness can be adjusted) so you can feel the local taste. The children's menu also adjusts the saltiness to be weaker. The whole family enjoyed the meal and the young owner was very kind 😆😆 We also enjoyed the mayo rice they gave us!! 👍 I’ll stop by again when I go to Guro 🙇♂️

I added half a bowl of rice (500 won) to my shio ramen. The overall impression was that it was a ramen with a rich chicken broth flavor. The basic shio ramen was 11,000 won and included 3 pieces of char siu and an egg, but it was just the right amount even without the extra char siu. The egg yolk was soft-boiled and well-cooked, so it was delicious, and the chashu was thin and soft, so it went well with the noodles. I was pleasantly full after adding half a bowl of rice. I ate it at the basic salt level, but compared to the standard salt from other stores, it was on the strong side. If you don't eat ramen often or tend to eat it bland, it would be a good idea to select bland as an option. There wasn't a wait, but it seemed like there would be a wait for 1-2 teams during peak hours. Still, the turnover rate is good, so I think I can visit anytime.
While walking down the street, I happened to hear that a new ramen restaurant had opened in Sindorim, so I went there with my girlfriend!! It was my first time trying shio ramen, and I liked that I could adjust the spicyness and less saltiness to suit each person's taste. The overall interior atmosphere was calm and not too Japanese-style, so I think it was comfortable. It was nice that the music was so calming even for the two of them to talk to each other! The noodles were so chewy and the broth was so good that I slurped it down so well that I almost ate another bowl;; The meat was light and not too greasy, just savory. My girlfriend ordered less salty and when I took a bite next to her, it was very savory, and the regular ramen I ordered was salty, so it suited my taste! I happened to visit Sindorim while on a date, and I plan to visit again next time haha.
You will be impressed by the taste that has been improved to perfection with your own delicate variation while maintaining the clean texture of Menyajun.
