This is the Sindorim branch of Odeng House, a famous restaurant in Sindorim's food alley :) There are many good bars and restaurants in Sindorim's food culture street, but what about an oden bar with a long-established atmosphere? It's a little after 11 o'clock. Is it late these days? It's rare to find a store that stays open until the end of the day haha. I came here thinking of the beer house I used to go to... but as expected, it was closed. So I found the Nostalgic Odeng restaurant. The interior has a really cozy, old-fashioned atmosphere... The menu is also simple. The main menu is oden, and other items such as chicken feet and pancakes are perfect as a side dish for drinks. Parking is easy on the street, so I often come to the food alley :) (Free) 4 oden per person is basic, 1,800*4=7,200 won. At first, I thought it was basic because there were so many oden on the table, but you only pay according to what you eat there. The oden is so delicious that it's hard to eat just 4. It's the perfect place for a late night drink! Odeng restaurant!

I've already visited this place about 3 times before writing this review! As the cold wind blows, the first thing that comes to mind is Odeng Bar. I prefer this old-fashioned atmosphere over trendy places these days, so I come here often. The store is quite spacious. As soon as I enter the store and sit down, they bring me a deep pot filled with Odeng soup and some Odeng. Now, you can dip the type of oden you want into the pot and eat it. It is also written inside the store that you must eat at least 4 skewers per person! The remaining oden will go to another table later and meet the owner😅 (Manual operation is a bit difficult for those who are concerned about hygiene..) However, if you drink warm oden water while your body is frozen, your body will melt. Since the alcohol is infinite, I don't think there is any need to order shishamo (it's too hard, it just tastes like food...)

On the second visit, it was nice to have a cup of fish cake on a cold day. I was surprised to see the fish cake served on top of the Brewsta pot. It's not the style of eating it out at the table (?) like at a regular fish cake place. I ordered it with kkoobarou and fish cake, and the kkoobarou was fried right away, so it took some time, but it was really delicious. **The fish cake is served in what looks like a bag, but you can add only what you want and eat it. There are a lot of people who come for group gatherings and for the 2nd or 3rd time :) If you are coming as a group, it would be a good idea to call before visiting.

Sindorim’s favorite oden bar, a cozy oden restaurant. In the middle of winter, there are a lot of customers coming in, so there is a time limit, but on this day, the weather was a little warmer, so I was able to spend my time leisurely. Everyone can eat it with their favorite oden, and the spicy soup is very nice. Personally, this is my favorite house.

Sindorim Odeng restaurant. When you come here, why do you come on two feet and walk on all fours? Haha, two people ate 20 skewers of odeng + I ordered boneless chicken feet for the first time, and it's a really good restaurant!!!!

I literally came here twice with a friend who is a regular at this friendly oden restaurant, and the owner and his wife are really friendly and the oden is really delicious. You can order additional oden of your choice, and kyovarau and tofu kimchi are a must...!!!!

Of course, grilled melon is a must-order as a side dish with drinks!!! Another thing that surprised me was that my friend recommended the fish cake here and it was delicious haha. It was delicious haha. I came here to eat my fill after eating the first batch, but there were more than the first batch. Haha. The skewers were so good that two people ordered 17 and ate them👍👍👍 I think I'll come again next time!
