매우 불쾌한 기억이 오래남아서 귀찮지만 리뷰 남겨요! 대표시라면 매장 안나오시는게 매장운영에 도움될거 같네요 직원이라면 교육을 다시 잘 받으셔야되겠어요 고객과 소통이 제대로 안될 수도 있지만 '제가 ** ** 라고 했잖아요! ' 라는 표현은 아니지요 게다가 짜증석인 억양과 말투로 보는것만으로도 불쾌한데 격은 사람은 얼마나 더 무안했을까요 ! 그리고 자제분인지 남자애가 주방으로 들어가서 왔다 갔다 하던데 위생상 그러면 안되는거 아닌가요 그외도 다른 고객 응대하는데도 말투 억양이 불쾌해서 머무르는 동안 불편했어요 고객응대하는 방법 교육 다시 받으세요

Ever since I learned about Paris Baguette's Blue Label, I've been only buying Blue Label for healthier bread. Even before 9am on weekends they had lots of freshly baked options and locals seem to stop by frequently.

Bought a coffee and 3 coffee ice creams, but when I got home and opened them they were all chocolate. Called the store and asked them to double-check orders, and they just said "what do you want to do about it, the price is the same." Same price doesn't change the fact that I got the wrong product! Am I supposed to drive all the way back? A simple "sorry, we made a mistake" would've been enough. Really disappointing response from this location.
