The room is a good size and the location is really good. There's plenty of food nearby, easy access to public transportation, and it's close to the airport. It was good to go to the Seoul Botanical Garden and the One Grove shopping mall nearby was also good. Very satisfied.

I checked in late at night on a business trip. Around 12 o'clock, I couldn't sleep due to the sound of the air conditioner running, so I called the front desk, but they said there was nothing they could do due to a structural problem with the air conditioner. There were no available rooms to change to, so they cleaned the air conditioner with water. (After that, the air conditioner didn't work, so I just slept.) When I asked to change the room the next day, I was leaving a receipt review because of the unfriendly male staff member who responded that it was a structural problem with the air conditioner and that there was nothing they could do, so I might have to use a fan and that the check-in time could not be guaranteed when changing rooms. Please be advised in advance that there may be a sound of water due to a structural problem with the air conditioner. There are also many reviews of unfriendly male employees.

I went during the holidays, and it was good because the cost was most reasonable due to the timing. In fact, compared to the cost, the room condition was good and it was very spacious, so I felt it was good value for money.
